Chinua Asuzu
Chinua Asuzu, the esteemed dean of The Write House, is recognized as Africa’s foremost authority on legal writing. As a senior partner at Assizes Lawfirm, he has over 40 years of experience practicing law in Nigeria and has authored influential works including Brief-Writing Masterclass, Uncommon Law of Learned Writing, and Judicial Writing: A Benchmark for the Bench. His contributions to legal education extend across Nigeria and Africa, where he imparts his expertise in law firms and academic institutions. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; a Fellow of the Society for Advanced Legal Studies, University of London; and a member of the Commonwealth Association of Legislative Counsel.
