Writing well is the most vital and yet the rarest skill in law.
This 3-day workshop drills attorneys to write with communicative effectiveness and efficiency. It also motivates attorneys to prefer clear and coherent language to the legalese and verbosity that have besmirched legal writing for centuries.
The workshop features a 1,515-slide PowerPoint presentation, a 731-page course book, challenging exercises, and other training materials. Each participant will get a copy of the course book.
This program deploys exercises and expert guidance to give participants an immersive, intensive, and interactive learning experience.
